Terms of Service

Account Rules & User Responsibilities
By registering and using Maison Social, you agree to the following terms governing all use of our platform, services, and API.
1. Order Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing correct information — correct links, public profiles, correct service selection. Orders placed with incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately via support if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform, submit false chargebacks, or resell access to unapproved third parties without partner status.
4. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. Accounts engaged in chargeback fraud will be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels.
5. Account Termination
Maison Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or undermines the integrity of the platform — with or without prior notice.
Refund Policy
All sales on Maison Social are final except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligible for Refund
Undelivered orders: If an order is not fulfilled and remains pending for an extended period, you may request a refund to your wallet balance.

Partial orders: If an order is only partially fulfilled and the service does not include a drip-feed or completion guarantee, the unfulfilled portion may be credited.
Not Eligible for Refund
Completed orders — orders placed with incorrect links or private accounts — orders where target content was deleted after placement — drops in metrics after completion — orders where username was changed after ordering.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to your Maison Social wallet balance — not to the original payment method. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Submit a support ticket with your order ID to request a refund.
Deposit Policy
Wallet deposits are non-refundable once credited. Please deposit only amounts you intend to use on the platform.

Platform Independence
Maison Social is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram / Meta, TikTok / ByteDance, Facebook / Meta, YouTube / Google, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, or any other social network or digital platform.
Service Limitations
We make no guarantees regarding the quality, authenticity, or longevity of engagement delivered — the impact of platform algorithm changes — monetisation eligibility, platform verification, or algorithmic reach — account safety on third-party platforms.
No Warranty
The platform is provided "as is". Maison Social makes no warranties regarding service availability, uptime, or delivery speed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
Privacy & Data Policy
Data We Collect
Account registration information (username, email address) — order history and transaction records — IP address and device information for security monitoring — support correspondence.
How We Use It
Data is used solely to operate the platform, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell user data to third parties.
Data Retention
Account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 12 months for compliance and fraud prevention. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
Cookies
We use functional cookies to maintain your session and preferences only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
